TIME LIMITED BID PROCESS

On behalf of the seller, Dockstr is pleased to invite offers (bids) from prospective buyers to purchase all items listed below as one lot.

This bid process is conducted in line with the applicable Terms and Conditions which can be viewed here. However in summary:

Bids can only be submitted using the online form below.
The successful bidder is entitled to a period of exclusivity to finalise an agreement with the seller.
Successful offers are non-binding until an SPA has been agreed with the seller.

LOT 22 - EPD Traction Motors

The items below are offered for sale as one lot. All items are located in the same location (shown above) thereby simplifying logistics.

Items are offered for sale by the seller on an 'As is, Where is' basis. The successful bidder shall have the opportunity to inspect the equipment should they wish in accordance with the terms of this bid process.
