As used extensively by filmmaker and underwater explorer James Cameron, this Deep Rover 1 Submersible is built by Deep Ocean Engineering to ABS Class (rated to 1000m). Note the system does not come with the acrylic sphere which requires to be replaced.

The two man, James Cameron Deep Rover 1 Submersible, built by Deep Ocean Engineering to ABS Class, is available for sale. This system was owned by James Cameron and used in multiple National Geographic documentaries, and includes:
- Two manipulators;
- Spare set of battery pods;
- One 20 foot container with numerous spare parts.
The system itself is rated to 1,000m but is not operational as the acrylic viewing sphere requires to be replaced.
