15T SWL Umbilical Winch

Hydraulic powered umbilical winch fitted with pendant control, static and rotating junction boxes, level-wind, and Lebus shells for Ø35.1 mm umbilical; presently fitted with 4,350m of Ø35.1 mm umbilical and with 18-pass slip rings.

Winch is set up for Active Heave Compensation/ Constant Tension operation by way of constant tension direction control valve and fitted encoder and digital sensors. The AHC/CT functionality can either be re-initiated (by procurement of a Scantrol M-Track AHC controller), or the Constant Tension circuit can easily be removed completely. 150 kW HPU required to power the winch can also be supplied.

• 4100 m Armoured ROV Umbilical Cable (HV power and fibre-optic)
• 2 x Slip Ring Unit (18-pass electric and 2-pass SM fibre-optic)
• 1 x Umbilical Sheave (Ø1369 mm)
