Complete 18 ¾” 15k Subsea Well Control & Handling Package

1. 18 ¾” – 15k BOP Stack & 10k LMRP

BOP Stack (Hydril / Vetco): 18 ¾”– 15,000 psi

• Connector: Vetco Super HD-H4 Wellhead Connector
• Rams: 3 x Hydril Compact Dual Ram Preventers (15k) configured top-to-bottom as:
• Top: Casing Shear (13 ⅜”) over DP Blind/Shear
• Middle: VBR (5.5”– 7-5/8”) over DP Blind/Shear
• Bottom: Dual VBRs (4.5”– 7”)
• Valves: WOM dual fail-safe valves on choke & kill outlets.
• Accumulators: 16 x 80 gal subsea piston accumulators.

LMRP (Lower Marine Riser Package):

• Connector: Vetco DWHD-H4 LMRP Connector (15k)
• Annular: Hydril GX, 18 ¾”– 10,000 psi WP2
• Flex Joint: Oilstates, 18 ¾”, 10° Max Deflection
• Riser Adapter: Vetco HMF-G Connector

2. BOP Control System (Hydril)

• Surface Unit: Hydril MUX system with 60 x 15 gal accumulator bottles (900 gal total useful volume) @ 6,000 psi.
• Pumps: 3 x Union Quintuplex electric pumps (100 hp each).
• Control Pods: Two (2) redundant subsea control pods.
• Control Panels: Hydril graphic control panel at driller’s position.

3. BOP Handling & Moonpool Equipment

• BOP Carts: 3 x Subsea Ventures Inc., 375 st capacity each.
• Spider Beams: 2 sets (4 total) Oil States, 365 mt capacity per set.
• Xmas Tree Carts: 3 x SVI, 90 mt capacity each.
• LMRP Winch: Patco, 420 kip capacity. (Note: No auto brakes or overload protection).

4. Riser Tensioning System (Hydrolift)

• Tensioners: 6 x Hydrolift direct-acting cylinders.
• Capacity: 800,000 lbs per tensioner (4.8M lbs total).
• Stroke: 50 ft.
• Air Pressure Vessels: 30 dedicated + 12 standby bottles @ 3,000 psi.

5. Diverter & Testing Equipment

• Diverter System:
  • Make / Type: Vetco CSO
  • Size / Pressure: 20" bore / 500 psi WP
  • Includes: Two 16” flowlines with Hydril selector valves and dedicated control panels.
• BOP Testing Equipment:
  • Test Pump: Hydril, 22,500 psi rating.
  • Test Stumps: 2 x Vetco, 18 ¾”, 15,000 psi.
