Dive Control:

• IMCA Nitrox Dive System installed in an isolated 20-foot ISO container. Built-in gas supply for three divers with 150 m umbilicals and KMB 37 Helmets;
• Separation wall with 3 sections: i) Dive control, ii) Compressor room and gas storage and iii) Storage for umbilicals, helmets etc;
• Designed according to IMCA D023 Surface Orientated Air Diving Systems;
• Complete PMS (IMCA D018 );
• Access points for 3 external HP supplies (Air, Nitrox, Heliox);
• Dive control:
  • Panel: CE certified Air diving panel for 3 divers;
  • Communication: 2 x 3 diver AMCOM communication with Helium unscrambler (main/backup);
  • DVD: 3 x hard disk DVD units for recording each diver;
  • Deck camera: Up to 6 cameras, split screen monitor;
  • Deck communication: Hard wire deck comms for up to 6 people;
  • Video overlay: For D1 and D2;
  • O2 Analysers:  Fitted for analyzing air before and after dive panel;
  • UPS: Battery back-up UPS fitted to all electrical equipment.
• Gas Supply/Dive Equipment:
  • 6 x 50 L 200 bar Nitrox bottles in separate compressor room;
  • Coltri Sub, 550 L/min fully automated nitrox compressor;
  • 3 x 150 m Fibron umbilicals with hot water;
  • 3 x KMB 37 helmets;
  • SMP OF4000 hot water dual diesel burner machine with digital hot water control;
  • R-Vest with 10L 300B Bailout bottles and Poseidon X-stream reg.

1.8m Deck Decompression Chamber:

• 1.8 m Deck Decompression Chamber (Manufactured by Pommec) in a 20-foot DNV 2.7.1 container with 2 compartments;
• 10 bar working pressure;
• Doors:
  • 2x rectangular doors to entry/main lock;
  • 1x circular main chamber door c/w/ female standard mating flange with inter-lock system;
  • 1x medical lock system with safety inter-lock on main chamber;
  • 1x medical lock at open end door of container.
• Bibs: Oxygen bibs panel with overboard dump system for 6 Scott masks.
• Air Supply:
  • 16X50 L, 200 bar HP, back of container;
  • 2 diver air/oxygen distribution panel in entry lock;
  • 4 diver air/oxygen distribution panel in main lock.
• General:
  • Certified by Lloyds Register + CE conformity;
  • Complete PMS (IMCA D018);
  • 1 x hyperbaric fire-fighting units fitted to entry/main lock;
  • Bullhorn 2 way communicator in main lock.

Launch & Recovery Systems (2 units):

• Compact, 2-diver LARS, built by Pommec to IMCA standard and easily transportable (designed to fit 2  systems in a high cube 20” container). Certified by Lloyds Register and CE;
• Winches: 2x hydraulic double break man-riding winches, 75m of 10mm wire for cage & 150m of 8mm wire for clump weight;
• Dual Powerpack: 2 HPUs in parallel;
• 2-man SS Diving cage;
