55Kw Open Loop Hydraulic Power Unit

The 55kW Electrical Hydraulic Power Unit consists of, crash frame with lifting lugs, which affords protection during transportation and installation. The frame will enclose and protect the vulnerable equipment and provide stowage for hydraulic hoses.

A 55kW 3 phase electrical motor coupled to an A3HG100 Yuken pressure compensated piston pump provides the required pressure and flow rates. A solenoid operated un-loading relief valve has been fitted to allow remote hydraulic soft starting and unloading control. It is possible to remotely activate this valve to unload the pack as required.

An interface connection plate with duplicated and suitable sized connections for Pressure, Tank and Drain enables the HPU to be connected via stainless steel Quick Release Couplings, which are not within the scope of supply.
